Lorraine is part of our General Insurance team, covering claims/loss adjusting and broking roles at all levels across SA and VIC. She also recruits in the workers' compensation market in Perth.
With over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, 9 within insurance, she is proud to have gained many awards, such as the Sourcr SA Recruiter of the Year – 2023, voted independently by both candidates and clients.
Lorraine’s warm and open communication style results in candidates talking transparently about their key motivations, experience, and achievements, ensuring they are placed into a role where they will flourish and the client’s business will benefit greatly. She is driven to ensure that she has a full understanding of her clients’ requirements and is able to provide market intel to support the right recruitment process, resulting in a successful outcome.
Outside of the office, Lorraine is a keen Ceroc dancer, dog mum, stand-up paddleboarder, and gym member.
