Preferred Requirements: - Expertly manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, covering new business, renewals, endorsements, and debtors.
- Deliver tailored insurance solutions through strategic account reviews.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and industry stakeholders through effective negotiation.
- Mentor a team to exceed KPIs, ensuring high service standards and operational excellence.
- Promote a culture of compliance, meeting audit and reporting requirements seamlessly.
Preferred Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager with proven leadership capabilities.
- Tier 1 Broking qualification is essential; a tertiary qualification in financial services is highly regarded.
- Mastery over systems like WinBEAT, Insight, OfficeTech, SCTP, Sunrise, and MS Office.
