Account Manager, Insurance Broker - Take over a $400K book of loyal clients

We have partnered with a boutique insurance brokerage that been running for over 10 years, led by a supportive, progressive and personable director, who is looking to grow his team.
For you;
- Take over a book of $400K of loyal clients
- Work across multiple product lines including Business Package, Contract Works, Industrial Special Risk, Liability, etc
- Have a client base of varied industries (SME & Commercial)
- Work in a vibrant and energetic office
- Great salary + benefits
- Modest and very achievable growth targets
You will; - Build and nurture strong relationships with SME & Commercial clients, becoming their go-to expert for all things insurance.
- Explain policy terms and options in a way that’s clear, empowering clients to make confident decisions.
- Manage renewals, endorsements, and claims with efficiency and care, ensuring every detail is spot on.
If your background includes;
- Solid experience in general insurance broking and knowledge across multiple lines of insurance
- Tier 1 qualification for insurance broking
- A client first mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience with broking system Insight an advantage but not a necessity
