Case Manager - Accident & Health

Up to $90,000 + super | Permanent | Immediate interviews

If you’re a claims professional who wants real ownership of your work and exposure to meaningful claims, this role stands out.

This is not a processing desk. You’ll manage your own policy-based Accident & Health / Personal Injury claims portfolio, making practical and defensible decisions guided by policy wording, medical evidence and claim documentation.

Your judgement matters here. You’ll work directly with customers, brokers and stakeholders to deliver clear, fair outcomes during moments that genuinely matter.

Working within a highly successful boutique specialist organisation, you’ll join a collaborative team where your expertise is recognised and your development is supported.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of personal injury and sickness claims from lodgement through to finalisation
• Reviewing claim documentation, medical evidence and policy wording
• Determining eligibility, liability and ongoing claims strategies
• Liaising with customers, brokers, agents and union representatives
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the claims process
• Managing claims through to resolution with strong attention to quality and timeliness
• Maintaining accurate claim notes and meeting service standards

What we’re looking for:
Experience handling personal injury or insurance claims.

Backgrounds we are open to include:
• Workers Compensation
• Life Insurance
• Accident & Health
• Travel Insurance claims

You will also bring:

• Strong judgement and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
• Sound understanding of injuries, treatments and recovery outcomes
• A customer-focused claims management approach
Legal or allied health backgrounds will also be highly regarded.
