Claims Consultant, Case Consultant - Retail & Group Life Insurance

We are working with 4 life insurers who are currently looking to attract experienced life claims professionals to join their teams.

You will spend your day;

• Managing a income protection and/or TPD focused portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation
• Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve return to work outcomes
• Develop claims strategies including injury management, return to work, or settlements 

They will love your background in;

• Life insurance claims assessment experience ideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance)
• Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process
• Demonstrated ability to show empathy and go above and beyond for claimants
