As a claims consultant, you will;
  • Manage a portfolio of 45 – 55 income protection claims from lodgement through to finalisation
  • Gather medical and financial documentation to determine eligibility and make liability decisions
  • Engage with treating practitioners to develop injury management, treatment and rehab plans to achieve return to pre-injury health outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a high risk personal injury claims portfolio (workers compensation, CTP and accident & health insurance)
  • An allied health or a legal qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Experience reviewing medical and financial details to determine eligibility and making liability decisions.
