Claims Consultant, Case Manager - Retail life insurance - Multiple roles

We are working with one of the best in the life insurance industry who are looking to expand their retail life insurance claims team.

You will spend your day;

• Managing a income protection claims portfolio across retail/individual risk life insurance policies 
• Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process
• Develop claims strategies including injury management and/or rehab

They will love your background in;

• Life insurance claims assessment experience gained in group or retail life insurance 
• Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process including decline process
• Experience working on non-disclosure or litigated/legally represented claims would be highly regarded
