You will spend your day;

• Managing a income protection or mixed product claims portfolio (IP & TPD) from lodgment through to finalisation (across group or retail)
• Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve people focused solutions 
• Project work and coaching new starters

They will love your background in;

• Life claims assessment experience (Retail and/or Group) ideally across all products 
• Experience determining eligibility and sound decision-making skills 
• Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
