You will spend your day;

• Managing a mixed product (IP & TPD) or individual product claims portfolio from lodgment through to finalisation.
• Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve people focused solutions 
• Project work and coaching new starters

They will love your background in;

• Life claims assessment experience (Retail and/or Group) with delegated authority ideally for claims acceptance and ongoing payments. 
• Experience determining eligibility and sound decision-making skills 
• Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
