What you will be doing:

• Managing, upskilling, and coaching to change the mindset to a high-performing team
• Reviewing and implementing new performance standards and managing culture shift around this
• Working on a portfolio of Liability & Financial Lines Claims, Construction, Machinery, Business Interruption and Farm
• Using your strong relationships with underwriters, to enable the resolution of more complex claims and managing any service issues
  Collaborating with senior brokers/Account Directors regarding claims strategies and supporting them at meetings
• Preparing and analysing claims reports and making recommendations
• Being involved in process improvements and projects

 
What you will bring to the role:

• Your strong leadership skills and experience, able to get team members on board to a new way of working
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to enable you to navigate around any situation and communicate with insurers, brokers, underwriters, brokers, and legal representatives
• Technical expertise in a multi-line role
• Your ability to build client confidence and provide a best-in-class claims advocacy service
• Outstanding report writing ability for presentation to clients and internal stakeholders
• A passion to drive and deliver outstanding results for the team and company
