This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded insurer where no two days are the same. You'll manage a fascinating portfolio of farm insurance claims, supported by an experienced team that will invest in your development and help you transition into this specialist area.

Whether your background is in farm, Motor, Home, Property or Domestic Claims, they will provide the training and support you need to build your expertise across the unique world of Farm Insurance.

For you;
  • Up to $100K base + Super + discretionary bonus
  • Demonstrated career progression

You will;
  • You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 100-120 claims, with varying complexity.
  • Liaise with brokers and other stakeholders to resolve claims
  • Review policy documents, apply exclusions, and negotiate settlements
If your background includes;
  • Demonstrated experience working in farm, motor or property claims from lodgement through to finalisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Highly developed policy interpretation skills and negotiation skills
