Client Manager - Broking - Construction Portfolio

My client is a significant sized brokerage with offices and team across Australia and a great brand in the market. 

As a Client Manager in their Construction team you will be responsible for:

• Managing a book of $700K existing business
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while looking for new opportunities 
• Coach and mentor the senior account exec and account exec within the team
• Providing expert guidance, advice and engage as a trusted partner through renewal process
• Identify new busienss opportunities where possible

What we need from you

• Solid client manager experience within  real estate or construction 
• Expert technical knowledge in property and liability
• Experience of strong retention rates in current portfolio 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
• A genuine drive and passion for the broking industry
