Join a specialist MGA leading innovation in the construction insurance space!

With a strong focus on latent defects cover, you'll play a pivotal role as Client  Onboarding Manager (focus on corporate clients) acting as the primary liaison between clients, brokers and the underwriting team. You'll oversee onboarding, provide pre and post-placement support, manage ongoing client needs, and ensure a seamless experience from initial engagement through to policy management and renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients (property developers),  construction brokers, and internal stakeholders 
• Coordinate with internal underwriting, brokers, and operations teams to resolve client queries
• Proactively manage new business and identify opportunities to enhance client retention
• Monitor service delivery standards and ensure SLAs are consistently met

What You Bring

• Experience in a client-facing role within general insurance, construction/engineering or property management 
• Preferably with exposure to construction or speciality lines
• Strong understanding of policy servicing and lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail
• Previous experience in an MGA or broker environment is an asset
