About the Role As
Client Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to broker partners and construction clients. You’ll be the key contact for pre/post-placement support, managing ongoing client needs, driving engagement, and working closely with underwriting and technical teams to ensure a smooth client journey from onboarding through to policy management and renewal.
Key Responsibilities - Act as the main point of contact for clients and brokers pre/post-policy issuance
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal underwriting, brokers, and operations teams to resolve client queries
- Proactively manage new business and identify opportunities to enhance client retention
- Monitor service delivery standards and ensure SLAs are consistently met
What You Bring - Experience in a client-facing role within insurance or construction/engineering sector
- Preferably with exposure to construction or speciality lines
- Strong understanding of policy servicing and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail
- Previous experience in an MGA or broker environment is an asset
