Commercial Property Claims Officer

The Role:You will manage a portfolio of commercial property claims that includes both new and existing cases. As you manage a portfolio that varies in terms of complexity, you will have the opportunity to resolve challenging matters and hone your claims handling expertise. In this role, you will report directly to the Team Leader, and you will be well-supported by your peers.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end process of a commercial property claims portfolio.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on the claims process, and resolve any queries or complaints.
- Conduct new claim assessments by reviewing information received and engaging with the customer to determine next steps required.
- Liaise with customers, service providers, and other claims teams to efficiently achieve outcomes in line with company KPIs and SLAs.
Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in managing commercial property claims portfolio.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience liaising between multiple stakeholders (customers, service providers, internal teams etc.)
- Experience managing ISR claims (desired not essential).
