We're partnering with a leading insurer currently growing their Queensland CTP team and looking for Claims Consultants to join a supportive and highly regarded team.

This is an end-to-end claims management role with a strong focus on customer engagement, recovery outcomes and rehabilitation support. You'll work directly with injured customers, helping them navigate the claims process while supporting their treatment, recovery and return to everyday life.

If you enjoy building relationships, helping people through challenging situations and achieving meaningful outcomes, this could be the perfect next step.

What you'll be doing:
• Managing CTP personal injury claims from start to finish
• Supporting customers throughout their recovery journey
• Coordinating treatment, rehabilitation and recovery services
• Reviewing medical information and supporting documentation
• Working closely with healthcare professionals and rehabilitation providers
• Building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Delivering positive recovery and claim outcomes

What we're looking for:
• CTP, Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Claims experience
• Allied Health, Rehabilitation or Return to Work backgrounds
• Nursing or healthcare experience
• Customer-focused claims professionals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage sensitive conversations and competing priorities
