You will:

• Conduct internal reviews of disputed NSW CTP claims decisions
• Review medical evidence, claims information and relevant legislation
• Assess disputes relating to liability, statutory benefits and medical matters
• Prepare clear, well-reasoned internal review decisions
• Liaise with claims teams, legal representatives and medical specialists
• Review submissions prepared by external lawyers for PIC matters
• Ensure decisions are made within legislative timeframes
• Provide technical guidance and feedback to claims teams

If your background includes:

• Experience in personal injury law, ideally NSW CTP
• OR experience in CTP claims, internal reviews or dispute resolution
• Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills
• Confidence making decisions and managing stakeholders

A legal qualification would be highly regarded, but isn't essential!
