The Opportunity:

You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately $350K, servicing 367 clients and 920 policies.

With exposure across a broad range of domestic insurance products, this is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You’ll manage the full client lifecycle, providing proactive advice and ensuring clients receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service an established domestic insurance portfolio
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage renewals, endorsements, cancellations and policy adjustments
• Handle day-to-day client enquiries and provide tailored solutions
• Review client requirements and identify appropriate coverage opportunities
• Liaise with insurers and underwriting partners
• Maintain accurate policy documentation and records
• Deliver a consistently high standard of client service

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience managing a domestic insurance portfolio
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance
• Exposure to Prestige Motor & Home, Caravan, Farm, Boats, Landlords or Strata highly regarded
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• The confidence to manage a high-volume portfolio independently
• Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Experience with WinBEAT and OfficeTech would be advantageous, however training will be provided. What’s essential is that you’re comfortable with technology, adaptable, and able to pick up new systems within a reasonable timeframe.
