EDR Case Manager / External Disputes Resolution Case Manager

We are working with a global insurer looking to support their disputes team with some additional support during a busy period.

For you;

• An opportunity to try something different 
• Daily rate of $520.00

• Flexible working arrangements (3 days from office and 2 from home)
• Modern offices close to public transport

You will;

• Managing EDR cases including those lodged with EDR Schemes in Australia including AFCA.
• Conducting a review of the IDR response with an independent and unbiased view
• Preparing written submissions for recommendation and Determination stages

Your background will include;

• Extensive general insurance claims experience ideally including file reviews and auditing 
• Sound understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice.
• Experience with EDR or IDR will be highly regarded.

We are also open to hearing from graduate lawyers with exposure to insurance claims looking to explore what it's like working for an insurer.
