The work

You’ll manage end-to-end Group IP/TPD claims with the time and tools to do it properly. Expect clear governance, access to decision-makers, and a hybrid rhythm that actually holds. You’ll make calls, communicate clearly, and help keep the machine tidy.

Where you add value

• Assess and decide IP/TPD claims in group portfolios
• Drive outcomes with treaters/rehab/clinicians; partner with fund & legal
• Keep QA tight (metrics, documentation) and refine workable playbooks
• Share know-how; support juniors when it moves the needle
