The role will see you responsible for:
  

• Advising Clinical Team on RTW strategies for mental health claims
• Providing guidance on Occupational Rehab specialists to engage
• Speaking with treating doctors and other medical professionals to achieve RTW outcomes
• Training and development of claims professionals 

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of work within an Occupational Rehabilitation or Pysch environment
• AHPRA registration 
• Psych qualification
• Experience in managing mental health claims at a strategic Occ rehab level 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
