As an Injury Management Specialist, you will: - Review claim files and provide subject matter expertise to case managers, including interpreting medical reports, providing injury management advice, and determining rehabilitation and treatment requirements
- Coach, mentor, and train case managers to improve performance and outcomes
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives with leadership
This role is ideal for someone with: - Registered Nurse qualification (mandatory)
- Or a degree in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or similar clinical/rehab discipline (post-graduate qualifications preferred)
- Clinical experience with a focus on return-to-work and injury management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and mentoring skills
- Interest in using your clinical expertise in an office-based advisory role
