The portfolio size is roughly $500k in fees and commission, with a select number of clients, giving you ample time for exceptional client service.
Direct interactions with underwriters are frequent since there are no placement brokers, which also means exposure to international placements, including the London market.
Regular face-to-face client meetings throughout the year help you deeply understand your clients and their risk profiles.
Being a dynamic team that fosters collaboration, and celebrations are highly encouraged at the end of a successful month or quarter.
