• Working alongside a highly experienced broker and supporting an SME/Commercial book
• Managing renewals, endorsements, and obtaining new business quotations
• Managing your own domestic book 
• Providing clients with solutions to their insurance programmes
• Discussing quotations and highlighting benefits, and discussing risk mitigation with the Senior Broker
• Being part of a collaborative team environment
• Contributing to the culture of the organisation
• Updating clients on market information and trends, and maintaining regular contact with them
• Negotiating terms with underwriters for renewals

 
What you will bring to the role:

• Strong business acumen, driven to continue the growth of your book
• In-depth understanding of commercial business products and presenting recommendations to your clients
• Experience in a commercial support broking role
• ANZIIF Tier 1
• Team collaborator, happy to help others meet deadlines
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
