What you will enjoy about this role:

• No two days are the same!  You will be using your broking experience to deal with client inquiries as well as look after their business needs
• Working on broker business, without the responsibility of managing the book
• Understanding clients' needs and providing quotations
• Checking the client's policy coverage
• Being part of a team where everyone supports each other
• Undertaking commercial renewals, liasiing with clients to find out if any changes are required
• Overcome any client issues with the support of the team
• Supporting the overseas processing team, providing coaching when needed

 
What you will bring:

• Tier 1/ Diploma qualified
• Experience in WinBEAT and/or INSIGHT
• A passion for broking driven to provide an outstanding service
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work within deadlines, responding efficiently to clients' requests
• A team attitude, where you enjoy helping others
