Internal Broker

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Internal Broker to join a dynamic and growing brokerage, providing key support to the executive team across a range of broking activities.

This role is ideal for someone with solid broking fundamentals who enjoys the technical and administrative side of insurance, without the pressure of sales or business development.

You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality service and technical support across the business.

The Role:
Working closely with senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the executive team with broking-related tasks
  • Preparing quotations and insurer submissions
  • Setting up new business and preparing quote slips
  • Preparing client reports and policy documentation
  • Remarketing policies at renewal
  • Processing endorsements and cancellations
  • Managing day-to-day broking administration
There are no external visits, sales targets, or new business development requirements in this role.

About You:
  • Previous experience in insurance broking
  • Strong understanding of broking fundamentals
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident preparing market submissions and client documentation
  • Eager to continue developing technically
Training and upskilling will be provided where needed, and there is a clear pathway to transition into a traditional broking role in the future if desired.

What’s on Offer:
  • Salary ranging from $80,000 – $110,000 + Super dependent on experience
  • 2x days WFH and 3x days Office based post probation (6 months)
