About the Role - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Manage an active pipeline of prospects and conduct regular follow-ups
- Present solutions confidently to clients and tailor offerings to meet their needs
- Following up incoming leads and taking inbound enquiries from potential clients regarding their insurance coverage
- Track performance, report on activity, and contribute to business planning
About You - Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (insurance or related industry beneficial)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- A team player with a positive attitude and desire for long-term growth
- A self-starter who enjoys driving results and exceeding targets
