Internal Dispute Resolution Consultant - 6 month contract (Travel Insurance)

Global insurer looking to support their IDR & EDR teams with additional headcount. 
  
For you;

• $450 - $475 per day
• 2 days working from home after initial training
• Opportunity to secure a permanent role
• Supportive team and highly experienced management
• Office close to public transport - Bus, train and Metro
• Immediate start

You will;

• Review complaints or disputes lodged by claimants 
• Provide written responses to the regulatory bodies where required
• Liaise with claims assessors, legal teams, and medical specialists to gather relevant evidence and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Provide feedback to the teams and support the training for the teams  

If your background includes;

• Travel insurance or general insurance claims assessment experience
• Experience or exposure to IDR/complaints management will be beneficial but not necessary. 

We are also interested in hearing from graduate lawyers with general insurance litigation experience looking to see what it's like on the insurer side.
