Lawyer - Dispute Resolutions Specialist - CTP

You will;

• Review complaints or disputes lodged by claimants (e.g., about liability decisions, treatment approvals, or settlement offers)
• Provide written responses to the regulatory bodies where required
• Liaise with claims assessors, legal teams, and medical specialists to gather relevant evidence and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Provide feedback to the teams and support the training for the teams  

If your background includes;

• Tertiary qualifications in law ideally with a practicing certificate
• Experience providing legal responses to litigated matters in personal injury matters
• Highly developed written communication skills

We are also interested in hearing from highly experienced Senior CTP Case Managers looking to progress your career and move away from portfolio management.
