You’ll manage claims end-to-end, assess medical and occupational evidence, interpret policy terms, develop claim strategies and make well-reasoned decisions.

Depending on your experience and the team, you’ll have exposure across TPD and/or Income Protection, with the opportunity to broaden your capability rather than simply repeat what you’re already doing.

What I’m looking for For these opportunities, existing Life Insurance Claims experience is essential.
You may currently be a Claims Assessor, Claims Consultant or Case Manager and be ready for a change of environment.
You’ll ideally have:

• Experience managing Life Insurance claims end-to-end
• TPD and/or Income Protection experience
• Strong medical and evidence assessment skills
• Confidence developing claim strategies and making decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A genuine interest in continuing to develop within Life Insurance
