What you’ll be doing

• Manage and assess Group TPD claims end-to-end with autonomy
• Review complex medical, vocational, and financial documentation
• Develop balanced claim strategies with empathy and technical rigour
• Liaise with medical experts, rehab providers, solicitors, and super fund reps
• Contribute to case reviews, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in life insurance claims (TPD, trauma, IP, group or retail)
