Life Claims Consultant - Group Portfolio | Multiple Roles

These are growth roles — not replacements — within a Group Life claims team that’s expanding because it’s doing things right! With two new roles approved, this is your chance to join a business that knows how to support and retain strong assessors.

You’ll manage a clean portfolio of 50–55 Group IP & TPD claims with proper onboarding, access to technical support, and systems that actually work. This is a genuinely collaborative team that respects DA and lets you get on with the job.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess liability, eligibility and strategy for IP/TPD Group claims
• Liaise with treating practitioners, employers and rehab providers
• Deliver member-focused outcomes within LICOP frameworks
• Participate in process improvement and uplift initiatives

About you:

• Experienced Life Claims Assessor – ideally with DA across IP or TPD
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
• Strong understanding of LICOP and insurer claims frameworks
• Allied health, legal or rehab background welcomed
