My client is redefining the construction insurance market through its industry-leading product. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate the brand, strengthen broker engagement and support the next phase of expansion.
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the marketing function from strategy through to execution. You’ll lead initiatives across digital campaigns, content creation, broker events, thought leadership, PR and brand development, with the freedom to bring ideas to life and make a genuine impact.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive marketer who enjoys autonomy, creativity and working in a fast-growing environment. You’ll bring strong communication skills, a commercial mindset and the ability to manage both strategy and delivery. Experience within insurance, financial services or B2B marketing would be highly regarded, but the right attitude and ability to drive results are key.
