Senior assessors are stepping into lower-volume, complexity-weighted portfolios.
Case Managers and Claims Consultants are managing balanced portfolios, with technical support and defined claim allocation models.
If you’re currently carrying inflated caseloads or navigating inconsistent operating structures, this is a reset into clarity.
The roles - Manage Group IP and/or TPD claims end-to-end
- Assess liability, eligibility and strategic direction
- Apply policy definitions and LICOP frameworks accurately
- Liaise with medical practitioners, employers and rehabilitation providers
- Document clear, defensible claim decisions
- Senior roles include mentoring, peer review and involvement in technical uplift initiatives.

About you - Direct Life Insurance Claims experience (IP and/or TPD essential)
- Strong policy interpretation and insurer framework understanding
- Comfortable managing end-to-end claim strategy
- Delegated Authority at Senior level
Applicants must be currently based in Australia with aligned Life Insurance Claims experience.
