If you’re a junior to mid-level claims professional who wants real ownership and exposure to meaningful work, this role stands out.

This is not a processing desk. You’ll manage your own policy-based Personal Accident / Accident & Health claims portfolio, including Loss of Income benefits, making practical, defensible decisions guided by policy wording, benefit schedules, and medical evidence.

Your judgement matters here, and you’ll be supported to develop it quickly. You’ll work directly with customers and stakeholders, delivering clear, fair outcomes at moments that genuinely matter.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a high-volume Personal Accident / Accident & Health claims portfolio, including Loss of Income claims
• Reviewing claim documentation, medical evidence, and policy wording
• Assessing liability and determining benefit entitlements
• Applying policy definitions and exclusions with confidence
• Calculating benefits and assessing financial exposure
• Communicating clearly and empathetically with customers and stakeholders
• Managing claims through to resolution with quality and timeliness
• Maintaining accurate file notes and meeting service standards

What we’re looking for

• Experience handling Personal Accident / Accident & Health claims, including Loss of Income (essential)
• Insurance industry background
• Confidence managing high-volume claims portfolios
• Strong judgement, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
• Clear communication and a customer-focused approach
• Junior to mid-level experience encouraged
