You will;

• Apply sound judgement in prioritising work, assessing problems and making decisions relating to claims
• Strong understanding of operational controls and manage risks and issues within agreed parameters.
• Review of complex claim matters including oversight of adverse decisions, complaints and litigation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives ensuring completion of agreed team deliverables
• Provide constructive feedback including one on one coaching and support to ensure capability uplift within teams

They will love your background in;

• Extensive life insurance claims assessment including providing technical guidance and claims reviews across all product lines ideally across retail life risk
• Claims investigation expertise including previous experience in the identification of valid and non – legitimate claims
• Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements
