The Role

• Lead end-to-end product design and enhancement for both new and existing insurance products.
• Contribute to policy wordings, PDSs, TMDs and underwriting guidelines.
• Translate underwriting business requirements into product and system specifications.
• Manage underwriting escalations and complex case reviews.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Support new business tenders and partnership opportunities across retail, luxury travel and more.

About You

• Hands-on involvement in product development cycles including policy wordings and PDS documents.
• Strong grasp of underwriting business requirements and ability to translate these into product outcomes.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly and pivot to new projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-driven, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
• Travel insurance background is not required.
