My client is a leading life insurance company in the Australian market. Through sustained growth they have continues to provide expert support to their growing claims team.

The role 

• Providing expert rehabilitation advice to claims teams on best rehabilitation options for claimants
• Providing coaching and guidance to assist claims assessor learnings in rehabilitation
• Work with external occupational rehab companies to help drive sustainable return to health outcomes

About you 

• OT/Psych or Rehab Counselling qualification
• Understanding of best rehab strategies 
• Ability to understand potential barriers to recovery and able to set strategies to manage this
• Excellent coaching skills to explain decisions and ideas clearly to non medical claims assessors 
• Excellent communication skills
