Given exceptional growth within the business a new role has been created for a Account Manager to join a growing team and Business.
This established brokerage has a broad range of clients across all General Insurance product lines.
Reporting to the Managing Principal and being responsible for a sizable GI Portfolio with Broking and claims support.
Your key responsibilities are as follows:
- A client-orientated approach to building and managing the portfolio.
- Management of the performance and profitability of the portfolio; including regular review and reporting.
- Securing new business and renewal retention.
- Supporting the identification and implementation of strategies and efficiency.
- Providing technical and market support to colleagues
To be successful you will need:
- A sound technical knowledge of General Insurance Lines and a commercial to midmarket client level
- Sound market networks within the Insurers
- Creative in your approach to developing new business.
- Able to devise alternative solutions for clients and colleagues.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
