• Taking calls from clients regarding business OR personal insurance policy renewals and also client retention calls,
• Using your sales experience, providing answers and resolving queries

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience within a sales, client retention, or membership role, in business, health/fitness, retail, environment
• A high level of communication and ability to resolve any issues,  maintaining the client's business
• A mature attitude, trusted to work autonomously
• Excellent computer literacy
