We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Executive / Broker to take ownership of a high-value construction portfolio. This is a client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic insurance solutions that address the unique risks of large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value construction clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Conduct in-depth risk assessments and develop tailored insurance strategies for complex construction risks.
• Engage with insurers, underwriters, and key stakeholders to negotiate competitive terms and secure optimal cover.
• Provide expert advice on policy structuring, claims management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the construction sector.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding client service and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an insurance broker or account executive, ideally within the construction or corporate risk market.
• Solid understanding of the construction insurance market, products, and associated risk factors.
• Proven ability to manage high-value clients and complex portfolios with professionalism and confidence.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A client-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality service.
