Senior Broker - Manage a $600K Book! $150-165K + Bonus

My client is an established and recognised brokerage with a national presence across Australia. Operating across all lines of business they continue to grow, hire exceptional talent and the next hire could be YOU!
  
The role will see you responsible for:

• A book of business currently at $500-600K 
• Mixed portfolio including property, construction, motor etc...
• A great client base with average income fees of $5-20K per client
• Maintaining existing business relationships and looking for growth opportunities 
• Ensuring excellent service to maintain renewals

You will be able to demonstrate 

• Excellent technical broking knowledge across all major lines of business
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients to explain insurance jargon in easy to understand language
• Experience of placing more complex risks 
• Prior experience in a senior broking position or be ready for that next step in your career 
• Proven success in retention of clients and new business growth
• Drive, passion and integrity
