We’re partnering with a well-established national Self-Insurance business that has built a genuinely stable and highly respected claims environment in Queensland.

This team is known for strong leadership, technical capability and realistic portfolio management. People are trusted to manage their claims properly, supported when complexity arises and given the autonomy to make quality decisions.

As part of continued growth, they’re now looking to bring in an experienced Senior Case Manager to manage an end-to-end portfolio across physical and psychological claims.

This role would suit someone who enjoys technical claims management, stakeholder engagement and working in an environment where quality outcomes matter more than claim turnover.

The role:

• Manage an end-to-end Workers Compensation portfolio across Queensland legislation
• Handle both physical and psychological injury claims
• Make sound liability, treatment and RTW strategy decisions
• Work closely with injured workers, employers and treatment providers
• Support sustainable and commercially sound recovery outcomes
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across complex employer environments

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Workers Compensation claims experience
• Strong understanding of Queensland Workers Compensation legislation
• Self-Insurance or genuine end-to-end claims exposure highly regarded
• Technically capable across liability, injury management and claims strategy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and relationship-driven claims management
• Candidates from insurer, employer-side or Self-Insurance environments encouraged to apply
