Senior Case Manager - Workers Compensation | Multiple Opportunities

We’re partnering with a highly regarded national insurer that is building a specialist psychological injury claims capability in NSW. As part of this growth, senior-level roles have been created to support a confidential TMF government portfolio.

These positions are intentionally selective. They’re designed for experienced Case Managers who bring a high level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and sound judgement, and who want to work in an environment where complex psychological claims are managed with care, time, and the right support.

This is not a volume-driven role. It’s a role for professionals who want to do their best work.

The role:

• Manage an end-to-end Workers Compensation portfolio focused on complex psychological injury claims
• Make sound, defensible liability and strategy decisions in line with NSW legislation
• Support injured workers through challenging recovery journeys with professionalism and empathy
• Work closely with technical leaders to share insights and strengthen team capability
• Balance care, compliance, and performance to achieve sustainable outcomes

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Workers Compensation claims management at a senior or high-complexity level
• Strong working knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation
• Demonstrated resilience and confidence managing psych-only or emotionally complex claims
• Ability to remain calm, clear, and consistent in challenging situations
• Strong communication skills and sound professional judgement
• Experience in psychological injury claims is highly regarded
• Backgrounds in Allied Health, social work, nursing, or similar are strongly welcomed
