We’re working with a leading global insurer that’s growing its Workers’ Compensation division, creating exciting opportunities for experienced Case/Claims Managers to join their expanding team

The role:

• Manage an end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims 
• Oversee the entire claims process, from initial liability assessment through to return to work
• Work closely with internal leaders to share insights, contribute to reporting, and support team strategy
• Provide genuine support to injured workers while driving positive, sustainable return-to-work outcomes

What we’re looking for:

• Solid background in workers compensation or personal injury claims management, either end-to-end or front-end
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across a range of stakeholders
• A passion to help clients during a challenging time and support them on their road to recovery
