Senior Case Manager - Workers Compensation - Multiple Opportunities

We are working with a well-known, leading global insurance company, who are looking to attract experienced and passionate customer-focused Case Managers to their newly created roles in Charlestown. Experience within workers compensation is essential.

You will:

• Work with a government client portfolio to manage workers compensation claims
• End-to-end claims management including determining liability through to finalisation
• Support the Team Managers as required with reporting, strategy and portfolio insights

All we want from you is:

• Workers compensation case management experience either front-end claims or end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of the workers compensation legislation
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
• Due to the nature of this portfolio, candidates with experience or interest in psychological or mental health claims will be highly regarded.
