We’re partnering with a leading global insurance provider that is rapidly expanding its Workers’ Compensation team. This growth has created an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new team of experienced, customer-focused Case Managers based in Sydney.

The role:

• Manage a full end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims for a respected government client
• Lead the entire claims process from initial liability decisions through to final resolution
• Collaborate with internal leaders to share insights, contribute to reporting, and influence team strategy
• Deliver genuine support to injured workers while driving positive, sustainable return-to-work outcomes

What we’re looking for:

• A solid background in workers compensation claims management  whether you’ve handled the end-to-end or specialised in front-end
• A clear understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation and how to apply it in practice
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with a range of stakeholders
• Candidates with experience in psychological injury claims or a strong interest in this area will be highly regarded
