We’re partnering with a leading global insurance provider that is expanding its Workers’ Compensation team. This growth has opened up an exciting opportunity to join a new team of skilled, customer-focused Case Managers in Sydney.

The role:

• Manage a full end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims for a respected government client.
• Take ownership of the claims process from initial liability decisions through to final resolution.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to share insights, contribute to reporting, and influence team strategy.
• Provide genuine support to injured workers while driving positive return-to-work outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in workers compensation claims management, either end-to-end or front-end specialist.
• Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and how to apply it in practice.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience or interest in psychological injury claims will be highly valued.
