Up to $115K package - Government portfolio - Manageable caseloads An industry-leading insurer is continuing to grow its Workers' Compensation division in Sydney and is seeking experienced Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to join a newly established team.

The role: - Manage an end-to-end Workers Compensation portfolio
- Determine liability and develop effective claim strategies
- Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers and treatment providers
- Drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes
- Work collaboratively with Technical Leaders and internal stakeholders to achieve quality claim outcomes
- Ensure compliance with NSW Workers Compensation legislation and scheme requirements
What we're looking for: - Previous Workers Compensation Case Management experience with end-to-end claim ownership
- Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation legislation
- Experience managing both physical and psychological injury claims
- Confident decision-making and sound legislative judgement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with a genuine passion for supporting injured workers
