An industry-leading insurer is continuing to grow its Workers' Compensation division in Sydney and is seeking experienced Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to join a newly established team.

This is not a high-volume claims environment. Instead, you'll join a supportive, quality-driven team where sound decision-making, stakeholder relationships and positive recovery outcomes are genuinely valued.

The role:

• Manage an end-to-end Workers Compensation portfolio
• Determine liability and develop effective claim strategies
• Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers and treatment providers
• Drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes
• Work collaboratively with Technical Leaders and internal stakeholders to achieve quality claim outcomes
• Ensure compliance with NSW Workers Compensation legislation and scheme requirements

What we're looking for:

• Previous Workers Compensation Case Management experience with end-to-end claim ownership
• Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation legislation
• Experience managing both physical and psychological injury claims
• Confident decision-making and sound legislative judgement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach with a genuine passion for supporting injured workers
