The role:

• Manage end-to-end NSW Workers Compensation claims
• Make liability decisions and drive effective claims strategies
• Manage complex physical and psychological injury claims
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver sustainable return-to-work outcomes

What we're looking for:

• NSW Workers Compensation case management experience
• Strong understanding of legislation and liability decisions
• Experience managing complex claims across the claims lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
