The Detail: 
You’ll manage a trimmed senior portfolio with the time and backing to do decisions properly. Expect complex cases, stakeholder depth, and the chance to contribute to team standards and uplift.

Two pathways:

• Technical depth: complex decisioning, QA, governance and projects
• Leadership exposure: mentoring, coaching, and SCC/lead visibility

What you bring:

• Proven Group Life / Life Insurance claims experience at senior level
• A steady hand with complex or disputed matters
• Maturity to work alongside strong peers and add your own influence
