The Role:Along with overseeing the end-to-end process of your property liability claims portfolio, you may also be responsible for handling complex matters and providing guidance to less experienced team members.
- Oversee the full management of a Property Liability claims portfolio, ensuring the implementation of industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting clear communication and efficient service delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement by keeping up to date with legislative changes and industry advancements.
- Manage high-risk claims, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and effective risk mitigation.
- Provide guidance and training to team members, helping to enhance their technical skills and foster their professional development (for highly experienced liability claims specialists).
Your Experience: - Extensive property liability claims experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical proficiency and sound knowledge of liability claims legislation.
