Senior Claims Consultant - Property Liability

The Role:


Along with overseeing the end-to-end process of your property liability claims portfolio,  you may also be responsible for handling complex matters and providing guidance to less experienced team members.

• Oversee the full management of a Property Liability claims portfolio, ensuring the implementation of industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting clear communication and efficient service delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement by keeping up to date with legislative changes and industry advancements.
• Manage high-risk claims, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and effective risk mitigation.
• Provide guidance and training to team members, helping to enhance their technical skills and foster their professional development (for highly experienced liability claims specialists).

Your Experience:

• Extensive property liability claims experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical proficiency and sound knowledge of liability claims legislation.
