Senior Claims Consultant, Senior Case Consultant - Retail Life Insurance - TPD

For you;

• Salary range of $135K - $150K (depending on experience) + bonuses
• Technologically advanced insurers including use of AI

As a Senior Claims Consultant you will;

• Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims (around 30-35 claims)
• Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
• Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants
• Be involved in projects and change management.  

What You’ll Bring
You’re someone who combines technical capability with strong emotional intelligence.

• Proven experience managing retail life insurance TPD claims 
• Strong understanding of policy interpretation and claims philosophy
• Excellent stakeholder management skills (advisers, reinsurers, medical professionals)
• Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries
