THE ROLE:

• Working closely with a team of experienced liability claims managers, you will manage claims from end to end. 
• Determining liability on claims and providing recommendations for claims strategies 
• Ensuring the best possible outcome in all areas: QA, Customer, Quality, and Financial
• Conducting legal reviews on litigated claims with service providers
• Conducting investigations regarding liability and medical issues
• Collaborating with all stakeholders 

ABOUT YOU:  

• Experienced in managing liability claims 
• Legal qualifications preferred 
• Knowledgeable in managing litigated claims 
• A solid understanding of the Insurance Code of Practice and the Insurance Contracts Act 
• Confident interpersonal/communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• End-to-end claims management experience
